The Norse/Germanic dwarf who became a dragon, sits transfixed by the mad ring, Andvaranaut. Nothing has changed for him. Perhaps you can convince him to finally give the ring away (or to toss it into a volcano).
(Fun Fact: If you look closely, you can see the ring around the tip of his claw. This is the artifact that inspired the Lord of the Rings.)
